Little Busters (English)

So, it's been quite some time since my last upload and that is mostly due to my laziness. So to celebrate the Little Busters translation coming back to life I give you so. I decided since this is the first thread I have done in quite a while I will do something special for Fakku and go out of my way and make it the best thread I can. As I am sure you've guessed as the title says this game is Little busters both the Eroge and normal one. Now in case you're wondering why it is some parts are missing that is simple. These games are huge. Instead of waiting till tomorrow to post this I decided to give you guys a head start. The none Eroge one is here to be downloaded, but the Eroge version is going to take some time and will be up later tonight or tomorrow. I may add more pics and customize more, but there's that whole laziness thing remember. I plan on another panel so more than likely it will come to fruition. Now, about the patch, I need to explain a bit. I was always under the impression that the patch would work with the EX, so Eroge, version of the game and I know that people have said it does indeed, but I can't get it to work no matter what I try. It works fine with the none Eroge one, but it can't find the directory for the EX version. There's not much difference between the two except for the obvious smex and a bit more fan service. If anyone finds out what the problem is or gets it working be sure to let me know. Note that if you do get the patch to work with the EX version I have heard that there are errors with it that aren't in the normal version. So if you don't like the errors and can deal with no smex, just use the normal version. They say the patch is 50% of the game and considering this game is longer than Utawarerumono, that's still plenty of reading. For more information on the translation and patch, make sure to visit the translation website. Now, onto the crack. It's a bit more tricky then some of you might be use to. You copy both files into the directory, then use the NoCDPatch Alpha and when you get a prompt with the files that are in the directory, click the reallive.exe. The game will then start. I hope you enjoy the game. I feel that this gem of a game is under appreciated on the forums, here's hoping this will fix that. Little Busters!' story revolves around the main protagonist Riki Naoe, a young male high school student. When Riki was a child, his parents died, leaving him hopeless and depressed. A group of three young boys and one girl his age saved him who referred to themselves as the Little Busters, a group dedicated to fighting evil and preserving justice. The leader of the group was Kyousuke Natsume who had a younger sister named Rin. The other two members were Masato Inohara and Kengo Miyazawa, who were rivals despite being friends. They took Riki out and played together with him during his time of need, making him the fifth Little Busters member. In time, Riki enjoyed playing with them, and his grief over his parents gradually faded away. When the story begins, Riki and his friends are seemingly in their second year of high school, except for Kyousuke who is in his third year. They still hang out together, and enjoy their school life. Yeah so im going to be now haha sorry if it seemed like i spamed this fourm i just really wanna play this game so Little Busters! EX unpacks right and stuff but when i try to run the game it comes with some werid error, so i donwloaded all the .rar files for original game but when i try to extract all the files it comes up with this error:

The files are not dead. You're having a error about the files being corrupt after the download.
Clean the temporary files of your browser, download the corrupted parts again to another folder, use another browser, use other type of connection, check the size of each file to see if they're of 200MB each except the last one and try the recovery record of the files opening them with WinRar and pressing ALT + R.

As for your questions in the other thread so that you know, if you in fact downloaded the game from here you downloaded the original version that does not include the extra and ero content. You should install the english patch "Little Busters! 6.0 Release" to run that version properly in english.

Check also the FAQs and Tutorials thread since it's highly recommended for you to install and play the game with your system in japanese locale.

Ah ok, my apologies for being incorrect. Im starting that process now and thank for informing me about the Japanese locale thing i had no idea about that and I know that the Little Busters! EX version of the english patch is only partly done but is it good enough to play?

OK i have successfully downloaded and extracted all parts of Little Busters! original and then mounted it, then i installed it. After i did that i ran the patch and i cant find any crack folder in the disc part. so i tried to run it and it gave me a 1503 and a bunch of Japanese letters.

Hey sorry it took me so long to answer back, i was on a vacation. Anyways thank you so much i just donwloaded the crack and put it in the folder and now it works perfectly. Thank you for taking the time to help me out :D

In answer to this it's just best to say like to tlwiki page:

One day you'll wake up and BAM! TRANSLATION! ...That's how it usually goes.

But now a bit more seriously, it seems that there aren't any official updates however there are some rumors of progress being done.
Also note that the team sometimes (at least this happened in the original version) does not post progress.
