Lollipop Chainsaw

So who else is going to pick up Lollipop Chainsaw tomorrow? If things work out, I'll be picking up the copy I pre-ordered over a month ago. I know already I'm gonna be hooked on this game for the next several days, if not the next week or two.

I'm having it delivered to my doorstep by tomorrow since I pre-ordered it from Amazon when it was still $45, and choose same day delivery. It really does arrive on the same day too.

Annnnnnnd I'm not home tomorrow... so hmm..

Picking it up tomorrow, then Im gonna pre-order DOA5 afterwards.


Imma ask for the display boxes/posters while Im at it. I got a Tales of Graces F poster from GameStop before when I picked up the game and asked if I could have the poster.

I already got my name put on both. I'll have to pick them up Sunday. I can't wait to play this in thirty minutes.

I preordered at a gamestop in another town since they were the only ones with the limited print t-shirt/dlc bonus near my area.

Damn it. I got Max Payne 3 instead of this. Now I really want this instead. I mean Max Payne 3 is great, and actually I'd probably think the same if I got this instead of Max Payne, but I'm feeling very much like I'm missing out right now. Also, I decided to get Max Payne 3 on Xbox 360, and while the game is great fun and probably good on every platform, my brother is playing it on PC, and so I'm definitely feeling significant buyer's remorse.

Eh. I'll get paid soon... I guess this will be something for me to get later. *cries* BUT I WANT IT NAAAOOOOOO-

My copy arrived a few hours ago, but I didn't have a chance to play it D;

Maybe later today or tomorrow.

Edit: After playing for the past 6 hours or so.. lol it's fun. The dialogues also plays a big part in making me :D

I like this game

Not quite sure if I should get this game or not. Anyways liked Suda51's work but lollipop chainsaw's story and gameplay dont seem that great. Although I've been wrong about about my similer more earlier thoughts on No More Heroes.
Any advice from people who's played it?

Played the Game and Got both ending and got the Saeko from HOTD costume <3 the game

Working on Rank Mode stages right now before I progress further. I'll update when I beat the game.

So I finally managed to pick up my copy of the game today. I beat it on Easy mode to see what the story was like. It was crazy. The bosses were fucking nuts. The story was short but to me this game is like one of those old grind-house movies. Its supposed to hit you like a freight train full of awesome and leave you wanting more.



Also, the dialogue was fucking hilarious. "How am I talking without a FUCKING THORAX?"

If were talking about favorite lines. These are my top two so far. I also love the reference they did to "Hokuto no Ken" in the game.

1. Juliet: "I DIDN'T KNOW YOU SPEAK JAPANESE, NICK!"
Nick: "Well, I..."
Juliet: "Waa sugoi! Watashi mo Nihongo wo hanashi masu!" - (Cool! I speak Japanese also!)
Nick: "I can't speak Japanese, Juliet! I just know that one word."
Juliet: "Aww! Your simple innocence is one of the most attractive things about you!"
Nick: "Uh, yeah."
Juliet: "Your like a kitten! A kitten that doesn't speak Japanese!"
Nick: "Yeah, okay."

2. Juliet: "What's your favorite color, Nick?"
Nick: "Blue. No, green."
Juliet: "Awesome! I love learning about you!"
Nick: "I fucked up. It's yellow."

I just discovered this game (like, yesterday) and after watching some gameplay footage on YouTube I have to say... the f*ck???

This has to be one of the most absurd games ever made in recent times lol, too bad the gorn is not as massive as it was in Oneechanbara (I mean come on, you slice zombies with a freakin' chainsaw and they turn into stars? =\).

Quick question to those who did play it: is it worth buying?

Very hard mode... is very hard! Lol I almost cleared the prologue, but I died... I needed one hit. One hit on the masked dude to kill it but his gas got me D;
