i finally decided to DL this game (currently Dling it, 12% complete(the game is 1.17gb right? or em i Dling the wrong patch?).......hope to see you guys on the game......oh btw, its free to play right?

There are no designated 'classes', just lots of skills you can learn. Basically, there's combat skills (attacking stuff), magic skills (attacking and healing), and life skills (other useful things that help you, like Weaving les you make clothes, and Music Composing lets you make songs and stuff). You can seect your characters appearance, using any of the options for your first character (even the ones with the star beside them). And it's free, unless you want bonuses like 2x exp, pets, and more than 1 character per account.

I remember trying this game when it was in beta. I've heard that there is a lot of new stuff out for it... maybe I should start playing again. I used to be a N+1 mage type player.

i need help, whenever i login my account, theres a message that says "not in a service area"??? i verified my account already and stuffs......

if anyone is going to play i recommend that you don't play to compete with other players unless you intend to hack also. A lot of players in the game hack. They usually make excuses saying its only modding to justify their actions somewhat. Of course there are those who mod to reduce lag or among other things.

Mods from my understanding don't affect the game play.

Hacks affect game play/server.

I dont play many MMO games but, i notice that the mabi community is full of rage and idiocy. maybe because a lot of kids play *shrugs*.

Anyways the game is pretty fun.It is a free game but, you will definitely need to use real money to get anywhere in that game. you could use the free rebirth system that was implemented. start at age 17 then rebirth at age 20 to 17 again. Pets are an important factor in the game. they cost real money and the purpose they serve is to carry the items you find because your bank and character is very limited on space. they also make traveling significantly more convenient.

it means you live in a location that the game server doesn't offer service. you will need to change your area code possibly could work. Not sure how to bypass it but if you want i could make you an account for you to use. Dunno if that will work but its a possibility. you could change the password afterward.

You have to live in Canada or the US, or use a proxy.

I've been playing this game for almost a year and I have to say its awesome! But I'm having trouble with making money. Everything is so expensive...damn it.

The biggest mistake I made was converting into a Dark Knight. My pet dog could transform into a Paladin with me when I was a Paladin but now the only purpose it serves is to carry my stuff. Even worse, once you turn into DK you can turn back. God I hate myself.

Your dog not being able to transform isn't a huge deal, TBH.
One of the other servers (I believe it was Japan's) had an event that let DKs turn back into Paladins if they so wished. I'm not sure if NA will ever have it, since JP did get alot of stuff we never got.
(Store buyable Admiral's, Tioz, and Starlights to name a few)
