Well I was trying to confirm that for myself since i didnt really follow that translation prior to the Wanko patch.

Hi guys,

I need some help... I installed the game and everything with Applocale and Daemon Tools and such. The only problem I'm having now is extracting the patch into the directory of the game. I tried doing this several different ways. I tried extracting the .rar file and then copying and pasting the contents over into the directory. Then, I tried loading up the game after pasting the patch contents over and replacing the old files, but the game doesn't seem to load. It just pops up an error saying "Failed to load configuration file." I also tried moving the .rar file over to the directory and extracting it there instead but that doesn't work either and I get an error saying: "No archives found". For some reason I can't uninstall the program and reinstall it again either.. I get some pop-up message written in Japanese. It also says I may have not installed it correctly too.

Also, just in case this matters: I downloaded Kyuubi's files but I downloaded the Wanko patch file from the original poster's link. Is there more than one patch file? :S

Yeah, I think we`re all getting this problem since mediafire want money now, I guess.

I have no problem purchasing a personal mediafire account, since it's only $1.50 a month, but do we all really have to do that, or can the problem be fixed by removing the encryption on the file or something.

Also, what is the 'true route'? Is there a main heroine? Who is it? o.o

I would create a topic on how to get around the split file error but nobody has given me permission to do so yet...

Edit:Seems that way is already known thus permission denied...end usefulness...

AFAIK, this is something that mediafire implemented some time ago.

It's like the owner of mediafire realized that since megaupload,filesonic, and other filehosting services went down/got strict, everyone started shacking up on it. I mean, since when did it not support Split archives? I downloaded 27 parts of fate stay night from it just last month. Meh, I probably got this all wrong and they're just having problems with bandwidth or whatever and need the extra monies... :/
