Mana Khemia - Alchemist of Al Revis

Yet another Gust project and a sequel of Artelier Iris,yay!.Just bought it yesterday ^^!Seem like a fun game to play,with the Alchemist academy and all cute girls around so I won't get bored :D.The only problem is the slow pace story development,and the protagonist is a bit wimp(scratching his head all the time)but he can change and so is the story I know it(well a friend told me so).So anyone still interested in old school 2D J-RPG?

Already finished the game. This is a multi-ending game, which is affected by whom you pick at the last chapters. Picked Nike for the first try, now repeating the game from zero again. :D

and I've played, almost every GUST published games, except for early series, I started with Atelier Iris, and Ar Tonelico Series, and now Mana Khemia Series.

There is Ar tonelico 2 and Mana Khemia 2, but I don't know when they will be converted into English.

I just dug it up,it seem most likely we won't be able to touch US.ver of MK2 any time soon,as Nis the official Us publisher of MK tend to take their time translating Jp games,so maybe a year from now or 9 months at best,wahhaah,I want it now the protagonist looks kick ass!! 8)

Wow, I have to admit, that does look pretty cool.

Last option to play Mana Khemia 2 now is to self download it, but I can't seem to find any torrents, Tried Isohunt.com, and tokyotosho.com. Any other pointers?

If there are nothing else, I'll just have to wait for NIS to complete it. :?

Or you could wait another 25 days for the game to actually be released in Japan, right?

Anyway, I'll get to work on Mana-Khemia after I'm done with Xenosaga. I also need to get Ar Tonelico sometime soon as well.

Well, Pamela will probably appear, considering how there was a Pamela in each Atelier Iris game, but I wouldn't expect the main characters from MK1 to appear in MK2.

The new MK will feature an entire new crews with a few characters of MK1 returning as NPCs,there will be changes in Alchemist Synthesis and Battle System (like the Intimate system)but nothing too big so far.AND YOU HAVE WATER MANA AS A MAID!!!I WANT ONE!!

O god, is it just me or the water mana is basicly the male protagonist whit a maid dress and boobs?

ever really played it before but seeing so many good comments are being lay on this game i will go pick it up first thing in the stores in the morning and give it a try... btw the wall is way cool

I've only seen TWO male characters in MK 2, and now the water mana is a cute maid, not a child any more, is this going to be a multi ending again with girls now. *sigh* Ar tonelico with just 3 girls is already already tiring, how many endings does MK 2 have? :)
(Now trying to get the ending with Pamela or Anna in Mana Khemia 8) )

I'm in chapter 5 now and I can say it worths playing and very enjoyable,If you've never play any Aterlier Iris before that is fine too since the game quite simple and easy with a lot of fun:),just figure it out how to perfect your synthesis - the most important thing in any AI games and u will be fine,although some strong monster at nighttime can still kick my ass but that is the only challenge so far^^.

-Oh and Kaimax,in case u didn't notice,u can have all the endings in only one play through,just have all characters friendliness which mean do all their character quests and have a separate save file at chapter 11 which is the time before u choose your "lover" one,now choose one of them,and play till the end,and then repeat again with the rest.Hope it helps^^:)

Thanks, I got influenced by Ar Tonelico, I have to restart waaayyy back, if I want another girls ending, so I started from the front again...
But does this affect the gallery?

I'm not sure about the gallery as I haven't finish it yet^^,but if you want to get all 8 characters endings with one save file ,then I guess u should make at least one backup file for chapter 11,and play with another one then it should be fine:)

The ending animation rocks. I wish they would make an anime XD
