After some research, it seems that your error is related to the files integrity. In other words, they're probably corrupted. Download the files again.

Torrent files don't seem to work properly, the crack rar in it shows "No archives found" when you try to extract, and the installer gives an error. I was able to make everything work doing the direct download links, so think the problem is with the torrent files themselves and not an issue with my system.

Just mentioning it for possible fix, thanks for the upload! ^^

i dowanloaded it again and was getting the nsis error tryed AppLocale didn't work then i changed my regional settings to japanese and it worked
