Metal Gear Solid 3 Arrow to the Shoulder

I fought The Fury a little while ago and this happend, i got an arrow in the shoulder and it won't come off.
So me and my arrow have been cruising through the half game, Sneaking up to The End, Avoiding enemies, survived torture, jumping down an Waterfall, had sexuel attation with eva, getting fuck up by the Boss and then Fucking her up!
And because it's on my back i can't get it out.
