I loved the original, but it wasnt really worth the buy, Ill rent this one.For a game where beating the clock was key, you would of hoped they had more from the get go instead of adding it as dlc.

I still havent beat the 1st one. My main reason for such being that I forget the controls & have to relearn them each time I turn it on...

The first one came out right around the time Assassin's Creed released. I couldn't help but make a side by side comparison. The visual and story telling was pretty crisp, if only it had came out at a different time, i might've given it a fair chance.

I've been hearing back and forth that Mirror's Edge two will be released, canceled, will be released, and so on.
I can't get any proper information whether the game will will become a series or not.
Does anyone know or have some website that has the real news?

Frank Gibeau, president of EA Labels has announced the game is planned and he's only waiting for an available dev team to start working on it.

“We have nothing to announce,” he said, adding: “We love Faith. We love the property. It’s really about how and when do you bring it back?”
“It’s on the list. It’s just about looking at what teams are available, who’s got the right quality approach to it, and who understands it.”

The 1st game was amazing and was a total breather from the usual FPS shoot-em-up games.
Take note that although this game still has the choice to grab a gun from an enemy and shoot, it almost never happens since you're more concentrated on relying on your surroundings to evade or to attack. It's also more cooler to disarm/fight against armed enemy's without relying on a gun

Now that I think of it, Frostbite 2.0 is nothing but a lighting effects engine from my play time in bf3 multiplayer while Frostbite 1.5 with bc2 surpasses bf3 in alot of fields.

Mirror's Edge 2 is listed on the german Amazon. It could be a mistake... Or a sign with the E3 just around the corner.

Or a sign with the E3 just around the corner.[color=#006FFF]Yeah, I'm not getting my hopes up too much but I would love to see it show up--even with just a teaser--at E3. I've been wanting another Mirror's Edge for years now so it'd be great to see, especially with graphical improvements on top of how great it already looked, and still looks today.

I would love to go back into the world of Mirror's edge, But what will happen? Has it aged like in real time or is it like the aftermath of what happened in the first game? Will there be more of a weapon based fighting system; because run in gun is cool yet I want to wield like a bat a just say bonk when I knock out the enemy. Finally I would like to add maybe co-op in the game.
