I'm DLing it right now, there's an awesome guide in minegarde.com (requires registration)for signing up, masking your ip, and bunch more. If I remember correctly, the reason that admins ban non jp players are because we cause more lag due to the distance we are trying to connect which is ruining the gameplay experience for the jp players. Anyway can't wait to try it out :D
-Edit- Alright just got into the game, looks really cool, haven't tried anything yet cept walking cause its late and I need to wake up early. Hopefully if anyone else wants to play just use the guide from minegarde and add me up ãらãšã‚’ (Kurazuwo)
