Most creepiest moment that ever happened?

What are some of your creepy moments in video gaming?

F.E.A.R. - When I had my first encounter with ALMA.
Amnesia: First Encounter with the grunt.
No More Heroes - That creepy ass kid who says "I'm going to kill you..."

Resident Evil

That zombie that came out of the fucking closet.

Possibly Dead Space, at the very end of the game when your dead girlfriend attacked you.

F.E.A.R. Extraction Point, in the last stage (Auburn Hospital or whatever), teh damn nurse in the maternity ward =_= (playing at night, with headphones and the only light in my home was the one of my monitor, you do the math). This was both the scariest and creepiest videogame moment I've ever had.

Also, first time I played Fatal Frame 2, when you encounter Sae (or Yae, don't remember which one of them was the evil one, damn twins =\) laughing in the room full of corpses.

To me the environment in games is more scary than the enemies you face, It depends on a combination of lighting and music. In my case it was the sewers from Jak 2, for some reason they creeped me out when I was a kid.

Not many come to mind but I remember one when I was a kid. I was playing Tomb Raider if I'm not mistaken. I turned my head to grab my drink and turned back to see that creepy butler standing there.
I ran away but he always followed and stopped next to me, eventually I led him to a door and shut him inside.
Oh Siren in the school with the teacher and the kid, I freaked out through most of it.

Probably the infamous ladder scene from F.E.A.R.

But honestly any game that leads me down into a sewer, or tunnel, or underground, or even a dark room creeps me out lol.

Is it weird that when i was a kid the Mask i Crash Bandicoot scared me?

When playing Fatal frame 3 at night and I'm the only one at our house.

Game's been out for a couple of years. And the dead girlfriend thing is a major plot point in the second game. It's past the point of being a simple spoiler.

OT: I gotta go with that creepy-ass dentist from the begining of Bioshock.

I played the first Resident Evil for about three hours straight. it was in my friends house, with blankets over the windows so it was pitch black, and everyone else was outside so i was all alone. there was no sudden shock or anything. it just started to get to me after a while.

Mine would have also had to be some of the stuff from resident evil when I was younger I didn't want to play unless it was day or there was some light in the room.

FEAR - When you're about to go down the ladder in mission 2 or 3 and as you turn around you briefly spot Alma before descending. Jump scared the shit out of me.

Jak 2. Giant fucking spider jumped up while I fell down. Arachnophobia >_>

I'd like to add Adam's first appearance and death in Dead Rising, He's a psychopathic clown with chainsaws. Jesus, he gave me a nightmare for months. His death is pretty damn freaky too, he killed himself in his own chainsaws by laying into it and laughing as he dies.
