I don't play streetfighter, but from what I've heard isn't shin akuma the most annoying one out there due to the fact that the guy can just keep throwing fireballs at you and nothing else?

hmm... In SFII turbo HD remix, I'd say Vega (Balrog jp). At least I hate him. Next would be Balrog (which is M.Bison jp), then it will be M.Bison(Vega in jp version... confusing huh?). Vega is virtually impossible to beat. No jump ins, no close sonic boom/hadoken, air grab can be difficult to counter, heck, I can't think of any character that can has any advantage over Vega. So, I hate Vega the most!!!
Actually, even a good Sagat is difficult to beat. Balrog is like fucking cheeser heaven. That head bud takes almost half off your life.
However, come to think about it, most of the bosses are much more difficult to beat. Which I think makes them the bad guy, so I think they did that on purpose so people would side on the good guys so you all will be hooked to see the bad guys get kicked in the movies.
You know what, I think Van Damme should be Ryu instead of Guile, he could be Ken, but he doesn't have the hair in his SF movie. He's not big enough to be Guile, Lundgren can sure be a Guile, just add the hair.
I haven't watched the new SF movie, but... the new chun li sure looks cute.Crab, I digress.

Dhalsim, the stretchy creepy bastard fucking cheats for days with his little bugunty moves and whatnot. I HATE him.
I also hate Ken, the Ryu clone with steroids and evil kicks and somehow knows every single one of your moves before you do them so he just hits your open point or blocks and counters like some kind of red blond headed super man. GOD IVE ALWAYS HATED HIM AND HIS WASTE OF MY GOOD QUARTERS IN THE LAUNDRY MAT!!!!! But even now on SF4 I still cant kick his ass. Bastard. I cant say he cheats though, its more like the developers put something into his code that makes him faster and stronger than the normal guys(like poor Cammy). It was all but gone in alpha and stuff but they must have copied some code from the original 1 and 2 cause its back like a bad STD in 4.
