slow download speed is not really a problem for internet downloading. It's the stability.
I'm the one of the slowest guy around here, and I'm fine downloading a 32 gb Torrent full of old Alice soft games.
By using less Parts you'll save yourself from trouble if this got "flagged" in the future. and seriously people don't want to download one by one if it's from Megaupload if they don't have a membership.

not for a smart dedicated Flagger... since you can still see the link after you passed the lix, and MU captcha screen
