Muramasa: The Demon Blade (Vita Port)
0
It seems Muramasa: The Demon Blade, originally a Wii game, is getting ported to the PlayStation Vita and is being set to release on March 28th in Japan. This is great news for Vita owners and video games in general. Muramasa is another beautiful game by Vanillaware and I can not recommend it enough. If you've played other Vanillaware games such as Odin Sphere or GrimGrimoire, then you should definitely give this one a try.
Also, the port will be getting new content and possibly four new characters. I'm not sure if it'll get localized though. Maybe will get a PSN download if we're lucky.
Here's a picture of the two main protagonists, Kisuke and Momohime.

This was one of the few games on the Wii that were really great. If this gets localized then I'm going to buy it for sure. If anyone has a Wii and hasn't played this then you should go out and do so, its fantastic.

I own the Wii version, so I'd only buy it if it had a new story and characters that I don't have to pay extra for. However, the Wii version is exceptionally beautiful, and the gameplay isn't bad at all. I'm curious on how it'll be on the Vita.

So... whatever happened to Dragon's Crown?
OT: I'd buy the game but it just feels like a desperate attempt to give the Vita something for it's game library in the US.

So far it's only being released in Japan. Also, they're still working on Dragons Crown.

I really wanted to play this game REAL bad. But, unfortunately, I don't own a Wii.
I do own a Vita though, and if it gets an US release, I'd definitely buy it.
Heck, I'll buy it imported if it doesn't, just hope it does.

You just reminded me that I've never finished playing the game. I should do that sometime in the near future.

Aksys is localizing this game.I sure hope they are giving it a new translation. I mean, sure, we can't always expect everyone to pull of an Atlus-level localization like in Odin Sphere, but Ignition's attempt with Muramasa was just sad.

Apparently they are giving it a new translation. Somehow I don't really remember my opinion on Ignition's translation. I need to replay it and see how it was again. The fact that they're adding a separate jump button is nice though. Using up on the analog stick always felt kind of weird to me.
