Well, it'll change soon because of a couple of games coming out.
Finally, someone who plays imports. SD Gumdan G Generation SEED was my first SD Gundam game. Honestly, I despise the SEED universe now, but that game remains my favorite. It was what imtroduced me to my favorite Gundam: the V2 Assault Buster. Also, I enjoyed making the most kickass team possible, then clearing the map out.
In any case, some favorites I have are as follows:

I'd have to say Okami, Shadow of the Colossus, The MGS games, DMC1-3, Rogue Galaxy, Grandia 3, The GTA games, and God of War 1&2. It's kind of hard to choose games to say that are my favorites, but those i enjoy most XD

Armored Core: The Last Raven, eh? Someone tell me about that, because on my RO server, the most kickass guild is the "Raven's Nest," and right before we broke up, the leader made a thread titled, "The Last Raven."

DBZ: Tenkaichi 2 (I was really surprised at how good it is)
I was kinda disappointed at how few really good RPGs there were for the PS2. There are a few that I never played, but pretty much all of the PS2 FFs sucked and Xenosaga was more of an interactive movie than a game... Suikoden was pretty good, but nearly everything else was just average at best.
