Ar Tonelico is fun in as far as you find the juvenile innuendo in anime fun. I do, so it works out. But it's only good if you know what you're getting into when you start.
I consider God of War II to be one of the best games ever made, frankly. Very few other games have managed to produce as well-integrated a story, gameplay, and aesthetic experience, and twice to boot!
You seem to have a PC, and though I don't know what your rig's like, I heartily recommend Command & Conquer 3. Few other game franchises can be as cheesy and awesome at the same time. Plus, it's one of the few these days that have a credible single-player campaign.
Since that takes care of RTS games, how about Neverwinter Nights 2 for an RPG? It's an acquired taste, I'll admit, and it's definitely flawed, but of so-called "western RPGs", it's one of the best-written of the last few generations.
And for FPS games, I'm actually having a blast playing Battlefield 2142. Sure, "enjoy your spyware" and all that, but it's great fun.
One of the better single-player FPS experiences is S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl. Great environments and incredible atmosphere. At times it's almost willfully obtuse nearly to the point of frustration, but at other times (most of the time if you ask me) it's like someone finally made Fallout 3, except with a lot of Russians. And less Deathclaws :cry:

I have black it is a pretty good game, the only thing missing is online play. Well for first person shooters I reccomend some old good ones. Red Faction 1&2, XII(thirteen) and timesplitters. Very cheap to buy at gamestop.

Otherwise, this post is textual baggage.

It depends on what systems you have.
FPS = Don't play FPS's
RTS = WC3FT, but quit
RPG = Previously, WoW, but I quit that also.
So, I basically sit at home and stare at my 4 walls.

I've mostly been playing WoW... I don't really recommend you start in on that :wink:
KOTOR (Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic) was one of my favorite games recently. I'd recommend play it, and maybe giving the sequel a try.
Ninja Gaiden is another favorite. If you like ninjas, fast paced action and real-time fighting, I'd pick up Ninja Gaiden for the Xbox... make sure to get the "Black" version.
Besides that, Oblivion looks thoroughly amazing, I enjoyed Morrowind, but haven't gotten a chance to give this baby a try.
I'll also recommend Half-Life 2, one of the quintessential FPS games in my opinion, If you end up playing through that and want more, pick up episode one =)

If you never palyed Zelda: ocarine of time or zelda: majora's mask.
It's easy to get the N64 emulator and roms to play, ocarine of time it's my favourite game so far, I'm just earning some money to play the new zelda on nintendo Wii.
Anyway Half Life 2, I hope It get's better with episode 1, because if we see the final monsters part, half life beats the crap out of hl2 without a doubt.
GTA is coming, maybe not soon but it is, I liked speacialy vice city and GTA2. Awesome game.
Then you have F.E.A.R. crazy shit I like this game.
I didn't finish doom3 cuz it turned bored, but I finished quake 4 with certain satisfaction.
Prince of Persia, the 3 of them were very good.
so my top 3 would be:
FPS - quake 4
RTS - war3ft (don't really like rts, just this one)
RPG - Wow for far, I don't play it anymore, but is the best.

I recently played ghost reacon advanced warfighter...its rather fun for being a tomclany game. and it played to my style i played strategy on cod1.5 and cod2. I'm not a fragger but i loved playing with realistic sim, escpecially when you had good clans.

Vista 64-bits is bad for games, thats what i was told, if u get this system and then for x reason you replace it for the 32-bits vista since the same key can be used for both versions , would you tell me the pros and cons of each system? or someone who know the answer of this? I was told that 64-bits only worth if you are gonna use 64-bits aplications, wich games are not, I just ordered a new pc with 32-bits vista ultimate so I need to know the diference between 32 and 64 bits. I know that 64-bits uses the full power of the processor bla bla, but since there is so few 64-bits applications the only thing that seems better is that vista64 can recognize more ram than vista 32(wich only rec. 3,2 GB). Can someone tell me what to buy :oops: :oops: :oops:
