Need advice on new H-games to play

I'm new to H-games. I have found a few I like, but would like the opinions of more seasoned gamers as to the Gems in the field. Wondering if there are any full on high quality games with good game play as well. Thanks!

Almost every good h game I've played has been in active development for years with no signs of finishing. One of those: future fragments releases in a couple of months so I highly recommend that one. Aurelia is another fantastic one in active development but still has a fairly large amount of content. Katawa shoji is brilliant but I would only recommend that one to visual novel fans

Do you have any preferences in tags or genre?

If you're willing to fork over some money, you can pick up some of the games made by ILLUSION, such as Koikatsu Party and Honey Select. They also have a few decent VR games, which I'm currently blanking on the names of. Only downside is that ILLUSION games take some effort to patch out all the censorship.
Koikatsu Party sometimes runs like shit, and the school setting is controversial for obvious reasons, but it does have a wicked character creator and a fairly diverse campaign.

If you're okay with visual novels, you might want to consider some of the games made by Toffer Team. Stories can be a bit iffy, but they have good art. Apparently paypal fucked the devs out of like 30k recently, so they could the use certainly use the support.

Another good one that comes to mind is "Pieces of my Heart", which is probably the only high quality hentai puzzle games. Fully animated, fully voiced, has a some additional dating sim mechanics.

A very good choice of companies. :)
Alicesoft has the (in)famous Rance series that has been mostly officially released in the West and Eushully... Apparently doesn't have any will to release any game from their portfolio outside of Japan (English version has the highest demand), despite many pleas from the fans. It doesn't stop the fans from doing the hard work of translating the games on their own though. Kamidori Alchemy Meister and Kami no Rhapsody have a decent translation, while some others are machine-translated (reading those might be a pain).

Personally, I've only played Kamidori (years ago), as it was the only one translated from Eushully, and I have to say it's really good if you don't mind the grind. If you are still not convinced, go watch Sseth's video game review on YouTube. ;)

Although this post was made nearly a year ago I'm going to go ahead and shoot my shot to any future passerby's. I highly recommend BLACKSOULS. Personally I'm a fan of the pencil art style and as someone who first played the game for the art it was the story that got me finishing it multiple times. It's gameplay is very standard as far as RPGMaker games go but its decent nonetheless.

Oddly enough, H-games never did it for me. Sex mods for existing games get me going though. Mainly the Sims.

I agree with you

Download Soundcloud music by using Soundcloud Downloader to convert soundcloud to mp3, you have music to listen to offline while playing games.

I have been playing this game called Fallen: Makina and the city of ruins, and I would recommended.
