I used to. I did like it alot. I wanted to get #2 but my comp can't run it. The missile storm and time stop were a bit overpowered though)I like to play as wizards).

Isaac's Greater Missile Storm wasn't overpowered, though. Simple Magic energy resistance took care of that. And Time Stop was overrated.

it felt more like a book than a game... but epic nonetheless :p
just damn sneak attack immunity gave my rogue a hard time...

Time stop was overpowered simply because in actual D&D, you can't attack or cast offensive spells while under Time Stop. They made it alot better.
Also, magic immunity and high resistance weren't that common(I didn't duel other players though, I just found it to make campaigns sometimes too easy, especially if there was only one guy left and all the missiles hit him.)

Oh, yeah. I play online, so there are certain things tweaked left and right.

I heard somewhere that you could fiat your items, within limits, for online dueling. How did that work out?
