ok im thinking about dling some but i wanna know wat is in it. will the game just be pictures? no animation or anything like that and will it be like simsdating?

Depends on the game. Some have some animations as well, some don't. Mostly you'll spend your time reading, though.

Most of the games have summaries which should give you a hint. Also if you read the members comments below the game, that should also give you a hint as to content.
As for actual animation, the only one I have seen any animation in so far is The Segura Family game. So Far being the operative word
That having been said I think every game I have looked at regardless of where it was has a summary or game description

yup eroge in common are just pics, that don't move.
Sagara family and any animated scenes from games are just animated when they are at the H-scene (GIF files), meaning that it's not fully animated.
There are some FULLY animated eroge like School Days, Summer Days, LOVERS, Games by Ainos Company, Viper series..and so on...
but they usually will eat up your hard drive, since they're movie files not pictures
