That load issue is unavoidable. It should only be restarting at the beginning of the scene and not the game. If you're loading a save file and you get sent to the start of the game... then I don't know what's wrong. Re-install the game and the patch, and see if it works. If that still doesn't solve your problem, then I can't help you.

Don't press continue. That might be your problem. You actually have to go to "Data Load" and manually select a save file to load.

pressed the data load and............IT STILL DOES NOT WORK WOW!

Don't redownload the game .
It's bugs of the patch ,not the game.
Just wait for the Eng version of the game if you can't stand those bugs.

nevertheless I enjoyed it Yukino trying to be a sadists, is a epic win imo

I been searching for other Drama CD Translator but was unable to find any aside from "Harth"

btw you might want to read "Amagami Various Artists" manga ---> Random chapter of volume 1 - 4 has been translated and volume 5 has been fully translated by kibitou4life.
