So I'm chaining for shinies. Anyone on here had any luck with it? I caught a shiny starly, but it not really the object of my desire shiny wise.
Who else has spent hours, days, even weeks slaving for the elusive shiny Pokemon?

Shinies don't interest me to the point of slaving away in grass in the hopes of finding one. They're aesthetically pleasing, that they be and I'll catch it if I find one, but I'm not so crazy about them that I have to spend hours or even weeks looking for one.

anywho I stopped playing the game because I lost... recently found it and started playing again and I'm like "what was I doing again?" might just start new game for the fuck of it. Its not like I got any rare pokemon =/

I don't so much slave for Pokemon I want, as I do for Pokemon my loved ones are fond of :).
Giving someone a shiny Pokemon they like is saying "I spent digital game currency and 80+ hours of time to get you a 1in8000 one of the thing you like~".
I think it's sweet, and so far, it's been a big hit.
I have Pkmn diamon, silver, and black, and play all three regularly for the daily freebies and breeding.H
I also go to a LOT of Pokemon card and game tournaments, as I am part of the people who help run them :).
I wish there was a separate thread for breeding pokemon, because there is so much detail in the game, it's hard to have it as one topic... I'd like to find other people that breed on here, possibally trade some good natures and ivs.
