This game will not be released in those other countries due to licensing issues, I can almost guarantee it.

Don't remember saying that in this thread but whatever. Anyway yeah saw that earlier today and totally surprised considering Jump Super Stars and Ultimate Stars never made it. Sweet though since it's a fun game.

Ah, a comment in a duplicate thread made a year ago. That probably explains why I don't remember. Either way, so I was wrong about it coming to the US, I apologize that the two very similar games before it apparently didn't set a strong enough precedent for one to make a judgment on.

Life is full of mysteries. Just be glad we're getting it.

I know I made this thread but I suggest none of you buy the game. Only buy it for the characters because it's gameplay is unbalanced and not fun. (in my opinion.)

I imported this game on Japanese release and played it for about a week or two.
Basically the game is about running up, doing 1 combo or attack and then back the fuck out until the enemy's invincibility frames are over. I like it for the characters and the special interactions before combat, as well as doing Victory Road co-op mode but the character balacing is such bs. So unless they re-balanced, I suggest you don't buy it.

I got it too and I think it's pretty fun. Yeah, Vegeta and Saiki are broken as hell but the co-op mode is fun and playing as the different characters is cool like you said. I just don't play online. This game is for fantasy fulfillment and fun for me--not competitive play. But, maybe they will do some balancing for the English release, though some problems would be more difficult to solve than others.

Here I thought they weren't going to localize it. I'm glad I'm wrong kind of but...will the game sell well is what I'm asking.
