Proofreading Edelweiss V/N help?

*NOTE* I wasn't sure where to put this thread, so feel free to move it to wherever it seems appropriate.

Ok, so I just got finished reading Edelweiss, a V/N Klown uploaded awhile back. I found (as many other people did) that there were an outrageous amount of typos, incorrect grammar usage, and fragmented sentences all throughout the novel. Those kinds of mistakes can make a potentially good translated V/N, a bad one. I want to correct those mistakes, and completely do it over with better grammar, fit for a 'novel'. But the problem is, I don't know how to edit the text, or for that matter, if it is even possible. I am willing, and committed to see it through.

I noticed that too but I felt even with the gramtacal issues it's overall story made up for it. Sometimes you need to look at it as a whole book and not a string of sentances if you let them bother you too much you'll miss out on alot due to what is commonly called Engrish.
