Max stat non/trans: 99
Awesome. Why? Because that's how it's meant to be. Think about it--wizards should need to get special gears for instant-cast. They shouldn't be able to just put points up to 150 to get it.

Max Base Level non/trans: 99
Again, this is how it is meant to be. Higher levels is retarded. It means more stat points, which means broken builds, monsters that seem too weak, and more grinding hell.

Max Job Level non-trans: 50
Deal with it. This is what it's meant to be like. Any more, and there would be unthinkable builds and even more unthinkable, pointless transcendent classes.

Max Job Level transcendent: 70
Gives you a reason to go trans, but still have barely enough skill points to not have broken builds.

Max Job Level extended: 70
Because Ninja needs just a tad bit more cowbell.

Rates: 5x/3x/3x
Because drops were made rare for a reason. And leveling should take a little while, because otherwise you can't tell how nubby someone is based on character level.
