Latley in the dephs of IRC, I showed them Touhou 10.5th, or Scarlet Weather Rhapsody.
Scarlet Weather Rhapsody is a fighting game, and it is a sequel to last years "Inmaterial and Missing Power", also a fighting game.
The game features 15, characters, all young girls. They each have their own specific Long range Attack(Called a Bullet), and each has a set of spell cards that can be either a move power-up or a Special. The bullets and Spellcard specials can be blocked, however, if you hold the dash button and dash through the attack, leaving your opponent open for attack.

Netplay:
One of the coolest features of SWR is it's netplay. In IaMP, There was a fan-made online mode, used by a caster and it was a very confusing process. But in SWR, theres a built-in Network Play feature. The translations for the netplay are Included in the Controller and Profile picture, Shown above. If we could get somone to do Some Hamachi servers, that would be great too. !!IMPORTANT NOTE: You MUST forward port 10800 in order to play netplay.!!

So I'm having a bit of trouble with this game since I don't really have a move list or a good grasp on how the cards work. Also I'm kinda annoyed that every time I knock an opponent down in story mode they get back up multiple times and use ridiculous super powers that if I have I have no idea how to use.

Moves
Z - Melee
X - Light Magic
C - Heavy Magic
A - Dash
D - Switch Card
A + X = Light dash attack
A + C = Heavy dash attack
X + C = Activate Card slected
Now these combos do different things with each character
Down + X
Down + C
Towards + X
Towards + C
Down + Towards + C
Down + Towards + X
Down + Away + C
Down + Away + X
Some characters also have extra moves in the form of:

Cards
Spellcards are divided into three different categories in Scarlet Weather Rhapsody: System cards, Skillcards, and Spellcards.
* System cards include Bomb Cards, which replace the bombs from IaMP, and Weather Cards, which can force weather changes and also gives players a temporary boost in flight speed.
* Skillcards allow you to increase the amount of damage dealt by special moves. (Like those listed above)
* Spellcards are the equivalent of Supers in other fightings games, and are moves that are much more powerful than normal moves and can be quite spectacular.

Story mode moreover could be called "Survive the move spam", I suppose. The only real reason of using story mode it to practice grazing(Holding V, direction into bullets) And discovering combos. Its much more fun to get some Gamepads and invite some friends over or have some net battles :D

^ Actually this is the 2nd fighting Touhou game. The first one is called Immaterial and missing power. That game was much more straightforward then this so you might want to check it out as well.

played it and it's fun! not really a loli game but it's story mode is pretty hard having to fight a single enemy with 3-5 life bars and each time you take a life bar they get more powerful using skills like hell!!
