Splinter Cell: Conviction

Never really been a fan of Splinter Cell games but this one looks pretty good. Seems like a faster paced game than its predecessors.

i'm a fan of the series so it goes without saying that im looking forward to this game. aggressive stealth finally, no more waiting and moving slowly through the shadows. liking the new aiming system and the cqc moves + environment = brutal.
wondering what happened to lambert and anna though.

I believe that they removed Lambert because in a scenario on DA he could die (not sure on this, haven't played DA in a while)
Also love that when you mark someone when "camming" a door, you snap-to aim and can put them down that much quicker. Can't wait to see how MP is implemented on this one

Its awesome...though Sam being more brutal...was kinda surprising.I played the previous games and went about not killing anybody so I guess...I got used to the good side too much....its great to finally see Sam be more Bad-ass.

Good game. Some minor things I wish they had included are moving dead bodies, Sam whistling to lure guards away, and something for more than two people to do. Still a really good game in my opinion. SP took me 8 - 10 hours, but I savored it. I would get a good view on the next room or area, watch patrols, and plan all my options before acting.
Coop was pretty great playing with someone else who actually likes to be stealthy. The very end of coop was unexpected and fun.

I didn't like that they swung almost too far away from what even the most recent Splinter Cells were about. In some missions stealth takes almost a complete back-seat to the action.
I like Chaos Theory when I could sneak up on the antagonist and kill him nice and personally in true Fisher fashion. This campaign didn't deliver the same satisfaction.

Mainly the end part of the mission on many notable ops. (Darwinaya, Final Level, White Mountain). White mountain, not so much, however. The end of the final level really annoyed me since the 'twist' wasn't very unexpected.
