The story kinda disappointed me. Mostly Kerrigan's 'new look' to be precise. If I have to storyfag it up I was expecting her to morph into like an actual spider or something, with the primal queen stuff and the 'super efficiency' that gets mentioned like a million times with importance regarding Zerg evolution. Instead her ABSOLUTE EFFICIENCY body still has tits and high heels. What the fuck.

Anyways, I'm excited for the multiplayer. As a Gold terran, i can't wait to play with Hellbats and Widows

Life vs Flash 4-2 @ MLG

That baneling timing is just scary.

You definitely need tanks to counter this push, but its so hard to know if it's coming. Look at the infrastructure for this attack: double evo, baneling nest, spire...it's hardly an all in. If you go tank and the Zerg decides not to attack, he has a shit ton of resources for mutas - and it becomes a pretty much WoL TvZ and we all know that will turn out for the Terran.

I like how most of the people on chat are saying Flash sucks for not building tanks. That just shows none of them actually plays the game. Marine tank is the worst composition in TvZ in HotS.

Man, the ELO and winrate record holder of brood war sure sucks at this game.

Something was off with him tho, he acted weird on camera and looked like he was in a bad condition overall. I cheered for him all the way and all his matches in this tournament were great regardless. I took a massive motivation boost from that.

MC got destroyed at the end though. ;_; Would've loved to see his set with Life be not as onesided, because Protoss representative and all that.

As I don't play Starcraft in multiplayer anymore I would only want to play the campaign for the story.

Though it doesn't seem like any cracks are staying around of it atm.

So happy that a Zerg won the MLG... I hate Terran. Almost didn't watch it tonight after i saw almost all of the zerg players other than life get eliminated by Terran. TERRAN OP. But anyways, is there anyone else that prefers watching Starcraft 2 to actually playing it? My friends come over sometimes when theres a big tournament, and we hook my computer up to my TV and watch it together, its a blast.

The Bomber vs Goswser and Flash vs Innovation games were probably my favourites this MLG, so damn entertaining.

I hope you're joking. The only reason the Zergs mostly got eliminated were because they were foreigners and sucked compared to the Koreans. Nothing was wrong with balance as Life clearly showed.

"TERRAN OP" whine was legit in like the first couple weeks of WoL, before the stim nerf. Anyone that's not sitting in the finals of a major tournament and still claims that something is OP needs to uninstall the game, sick of this shit everywhere.

I was joking lol. Though i was kinda worried prior to Life crushing everyone. I just don't like Terran, and its kinda my thing to bitch about them ever since early WoL.

To be honest, I expected much more from Blizzard. After SC2:WoL, I decided that I will not buy their games anymore. They are still cinematics kings, but, every game that they made after WC3TFT, for me, was one big disappointment. It's a sad fact, that they are not longer able to deliver such a groundbreaking stomp/punch the way they used to, be it storyline or atmosphere that's because times has changed. And they made huge breaks between SC&D titles. I think that gaming industry today is now massive companies that have to reach out the masses just to get more and more money at any costs. And I just want to say that people who led Blizzard build their reputation and name with quality and almost perfect games, and today, they used company name to sell worthless piece of junk.

You sound like every other nostalgia fag out there that tries to convince people that Blizzard's new games aren't good when they're objectively still are each at the top of their respective genre's, D3 being the one that's debatable.

Let's face it, if they were to release WC3 today you would start complaining about how much it sucks compared to the classic WC2.
You wonder how I know? Because I remember when WC3 was released and people did just that, and now when the game is like 10 years old all the nostalgia fags come creep out and start gushing over it.

And guess what, in 10 years people will gush over SC2/WoW/D3 while complaining about Blizzard's new titles.
