1.20 patch is the first link on this page, it runs fine on my comp. The second link is 1.20a, try it if you have a low-spec PC and run into crashes with 1.20.

Install instructions (hopefully that'll prevent 150+ posts from people getting crashes, like in last thread) :
Please follow the steps in ORDER.
1. Set your Windows locale to japanese. Applocale doesn't work properly afaik.
2. Install the game from your DVD / ISO.
3. Run the official 1.20 update.
4. Launch the game. It should display 1.20 in the titlebar, now close it. If it doesn't, you did it wrong (probably your S;G folder being write-protected).
5. Now copy paste the translated files to your S;G folder : nss.npa, STEINSGATE-patched.exe, cg.npa, and the "dx" folder containing the TLed movies. Backup the original files before overwriting them if you want to.
6. Launch the game. It works !

rumour it's he sold his script to jast and faked internet suicided. don't expect to hear from him again.

sold to JAST?man,they don't even seem interested on Chaos Head(I've been wanting for a 100% translation version,with all TIPS and stuff for so long...)since there's no h-scenes(though they recently released the non-h version of Eien no Aselia,so that's something,at least).I even suggested Chaos Head Noah for PSP to Xseed if Corpse Party does well for them(since 5bp developed both games).
what about the guys from the other site?are they teamed u with BlinkWickel or are they an independent team translating the same game?

chaos head was imo not really worth it. Concept was nice, but execution left some things
unfinished and a bit ludicrous. and the anime was a huge wtf.
I'm not the only one having this opinion.
Steins;gate however, I've heard nothing but good things, so I would think jast would have more interest in it.

This was a great game in my opinion, if a little predictable. Bonus point for the realistic representation of Quantam Physics and the multiple theories of time. Main Character was understandable after going into it a bit, but I can help but feel like this game was made to play on the hearts of futaba and 4chan. Rintaro is a little unlikeable though, and I would have aprreciated a more thorough ending on what happens after the fact. Good game overall, thanks for the upload.

I say it can't really hurt to have a steam copy available so long as they do in fact release a physical copy, as blick and probably a lot of us are hoping for.
edit:Though considering this is Jast that we're talking about, I really dunno what to expect with regards to a timely release lol.
