Mount the image. install, and play the game. Don't know of a no-dvd patch so you have to leave the iso mounted in order to play. Fandisk is available here.

Ahhh crap, I'll reupload it.

EDIT: Sooooo wasn't logged into my account when I uploaded them into a folder :/

No on the yaoi route.

Well, Klaus doesn't care if you are a guy or girl which is pretty funny but I don't remember there being yaoi h-scenes.
There are 2 and 1/2 heroine routes and 2 and 1/2 hero routes. The half comes from Fortina who changes between both genders. For the most part of the game you are stuck as a girl and the routes branch from there. The fandisk gets crazy because everyone has gender bending routes. Here is a look at all the heroes/heroines.

I used Winrar, I don't think it could make a difference, but I'll try downlading 7z and do it again

Downloaded all three parts again, used 7z to extract and the game installed just fine. Use 7z to extract the files.

I was able to download/unzip/install this just fine, but when I go to play it, it crashes. Is there a crack or something I'm forgetting to apply?

Did you keep the Iso mounted during play? It requires it.

Is your region set to Japan? Is DirectX updated? Other than that, I'm all out of ideas since it works fine on windows 7/Vista.

Yeah, Direct X 11 is in, region is Japan. It immediately crashes upon clicking on startup icon :/

Try installing DirectX 9 and previous versions. This game was made around Windows Vista time so maybe that could be it?
