DCPC is dead. The translator closed the project after manga-gamers licensed dc. It's said they also licensed DCPC at the same time but last I checked, which was a month or so ago, manga-gamers hasn't posted anything about it.
Tomoyo After's translation page is actually on the baka-tsuki tlwiki. And the project is self is under radicalr's management now.

There will be links to the wiki pages where the majority of this stuff is hosted. That includes completed and on going projects. I will do that shortly. We have enough stickies already and don't want to get it too crowded up there.
EDIT: Seems this has been stickied so I might as well just roll with it. I will probably be changing the layout of how they are displayed and adding a few more titles.

I am talking about ALL translations. Even ones we don't have on Fakku and current translation projects on going.

why hasn't someone else picked up shuffle? The english translation was supposed to come out 2+yrs ago! Most people who have been waiting for it are even actually STILL waiting for it. Atleast they should host the 3 days worth of translation they had just to show people they did something..
