Which mouse grip do you use?

This could use more explanations on the grips, a bit hard to understand with just the one image and the names in the poll when this is the first time you've even heard of there being different grip styles.
Anyway, I think a mix of the palm and claw grip applies in my case. Mouse movement is definitely palm grip's style, but the fingers do not quite rest on the buttons as much as the description of palm grip indicates, being closer to the claw grip's positions instead.

Pretty sure I use finger grip like 60% of the time. I use palm grip when I'm going to be keeping my hand on the mouse for extended periods of time, like when playing a game or browsing.
