who wants No More Heroes 3 and Travis in Smash bros?

I am a fan of the series and I have been waiting to see NMH3 come out. From what I hear Suda 51 has said it won't happen; I say your wrong. Even though the game didn't have big sales the small cult following has made it a thing that won't go away. So if someone were to start a petition or even god forbid kickstarter, to help get the game on the road.

With smash bros coming, this thought has been on my mind Travis Touchdown can and should be on the roster. He would be the most Edgey character on the game. We need some hard R characters for us older gamers.

I would love to hear your thoughts.

It would be awesome, but I doubt it'll ever happen. Especially since I'm p sure Sakurai said he was going to shrink the cast. (supposedly due to limitations of 3DS, not sure how true that is, but I wouldn't brush it off either)

While I would love to have Travis Touchdown in Smash Bros for Wii U and 3DS, I don't think he's getting another game. The creator stated that even if he were to make another No More Heroes game, Travis' story is over.

It's essentially the same with the Mother series. Shigesato Itoi clearly stated he was not going to make another Mother game, so any anticipation is just wishful thinking. It would be cool, but I highly doubt it would ever exist.

It's possible for Travis since Suda 51, the creator of the series, has expressed interest in wanting his character in Smash Bros.

"Hear that, creator of the franchise?? Your opinion is wrong! You're making a third one!"

Anyway I don't think Travis would be in the new SSB. Unless Suda51 has this huge urge to put him in like what's-his-face did with Snake, I don't really see a reason why he would get chosen over other, more popular characters. Which is too bad 'cause I love Travis, but he'd just be another sword character and he's not that attached to Nintendo. Also it makes me sad they're cutting the roster size. I love big fighting game rosters.

After watching couple of the recent "Two Best Friends Play: No More Heroes 2," Matt, Liam, and Woolie were discussing that Suda 51 expressed his interest in making a third No More Heroes if he had the time.

thank you all for your responses. since one of you said that Suda 51 told us that Travis's story is over. Well why not make like your own assassin in the third game, or even dethrone Travis from the top of the list. Even though that would kind of like Yaiba.

He seems like a no-brainer for the game.

Sure I'd like a 3rd one, but I know that won't make Travis the protagonist.(maybe a boss?)

As for him in Smash...I dunno. He could probably fit but I doubt Sakurai wants him in or has that many character slots.

That would be epic. I really did like the No More Heroes game from the start. Making another continuation to it would be great(Even though I never played part 2...) And putting him in Smash bros would be pretty obvious almost lol.

I'm fine with Travis not being the star of a third No More Heroes, but it does need to be continued. Additionally, it would be awesome for Travis Touchdown to be in, though I question what his Final Smash would be, along with the rest of his moveset.
