I loved Luci, but he's been fuckin' nerf !
The only thing with Luci was Ulti+Agha, and now, it sucks with the longer CD ...
And the "balance" with Devour new ability isn't worth this nerf ... Really ...

When you know that Luci OWN Mort alone, that's fun ...

luci is still imba with nerf. and new devour is still great. i mean you get either stomp or ensnare from neutral creeps. that is awesome.

It's useful in his own way, as well as the scorched field, that fucked the attack speed, but increased damage ...
(By the way, better go for Centaur's stomp to get the bonus aura than just net. You should leave the net for some hero with Helm of Dominator, in my opinion.)
For me, the attack speed, longer silence, and things like Radi were a perfect combo. (Find a foresting hero and just own him by running after him :D)
Now it's harder to get a kill just like that, sadly. My own way of playing Luci as been fucked, that's all < < (This is why I rediscovered Huskar, btw)
But I'll admit you may survive longer in fights, yeah ...

EDIT: To play DotA, i need to have TFT installed or just with reign of chaos it's fine? I uninstalled the game and re-installed it but i only found the disc of Warcraft 3 not the expansion.

er...my first post.
I play any type of hero.Depends on what the team needs(for games where we need to really,really win).But when they ask me to be the hitter or the killer, I rarely use easy ones like troll warlord or ursa warrior. They're really easy to use...and kinda boring.

TFT needed and must be at 1.24 or higher version since the new maps only work for those versions...

not everywhere, you cant go directly to the enemy's base for one

me too but not because they can escape fast, they can set up and attack at the best time for them.
