Wolfenstein

So Wolfenstein came out yesterday(from when this topic was created).
I haven't started multiplayer yet, mostly because I enjoy finishing the campaign first.

So what does everyone think of it?

Personally I call it mediocre.
Ideas aren't that new(not that I expected that) and the fact that everyone seems to know about this awesome power of doom yet no military forces try to stop anyone from getting it kinda questions my patience for a story line.
But keep in mind. I strive on picking out flaws. So it's probably not as bad as I make it seem.

And for 'old war' gameplay (a.k.a. old guns) it's actually really smooth and works well.
Unlike World At War.
Yes. I welcome hate mail for that one.

I haven't gotten really far into it but so far it isn't scary either.
So for those of you thinking it's a Doom/F.E.A.R. clone -It's not.

Yes. We have established that...

I bought it this Wensday and the shop gave me a pre-order card along since they've had too many. the card gave along Wolfenstein 3D (Screenshot from the first post) and the flamethrower in the beginning of the game (which is fun, roast them!)

Though what I find fun is along with the achivements of Wolfenstein 3D they give around 1000$ extra in the new game for weapon upgrades

i'm playing the game now...take a rest for a while...it's a great fps and a tough one too...8)

It kinda is, yeah.
The magic dudes of doom just take forever to freakin' kill lol.

i have finish playing wolfenstein...HELL YEAH...beats the Nazi down to hell...i really enjoying it...it also makes me want to know more about the Thule Society...8)
