Also even checking out the "Creativity" forum page at the site is a good place to look into. Heck, people are pretty nice there and you can even request an tank skin or crewman pack and usually it's done within 4 days or so.

Oh man just found this game after a friend recommended playing it.

I cannot express how much joy I get from this game, best part being it's free. I enjoy how the matches are random, fast, and you can have some 5+ tanks to fight with when the others are down. The class system seems pretty balanced, although naturally artillery is annoying.

Anyone that wants a solid, fun game to play for free needs to check this out.

This game is going live soon think april 12. Cant wait for more people to play at least on us servers.

When this game went to the European closed-beta, me and him were the first one-player accounts to each Tier 8 and Tier 9 tanks.
Oh the rape.. Considering biggest common tank back then was like 3601 or a KV-3 for example. Them facing a 4502 or Ferdinand equals two-shot with extreme prejudice.

My favorite class is the tank destroyer here (current in tier 3 tanks). Nothing like a gun on tracks =D

So in total.. 28 tanks.. Daym.
Then again, I played this since Day 0 on european beta and kept at it till now.
So far the tanks I love the most are : M26 Pershing, M4A2E8, T-34, Pzkmpfw 2 and the Tiger.

I can see myself going for the US mediums if their tank destroyers aren't released by the release (April 11th - 14th). It's still a good time to get accustomed to the game since when this goes live, everyone is returned back into starting tanks (+ the beta tester exclusive tank, M4A2E6 or something like that and any of the pre-order packaged tanks).

Better start now and figure out a good tank line to go for in release.

Tomorrow april 7th pre order tanks and beta rewards are going out for people who did close beta. Cant wait for british tanks when they add them down the line. Tank i like the most is my panther 2 and is3. american td's are gonna rock gonna have an edge over other td's since friend was telling me some will have a turrent on them instead of haveing to turn tank.

The game server has closed for up to 12 hours from this point due to maintenance for preparing the release version.
Everyone starts from the bottom and work their way up. Better get ready, race will be tough.

I aim for US mediums and Russian heavies for starters. Probably follow up with US Artillery and their TD's when they're released.

So I just started playing yesterday. Very fun an addicting game! I plan to explore the American tech tree first, trying out the mediums and artillery. Have one of each so far and like both.

I tend to be on the losing team more often than not, but it doesn't really bother me yet. I'm just having fun playing.

I'm role with soviet Medium Tanks. News is that there's gonna be a new MT for soviets. That's my aim.

The New MT will replace T-50/2. Thats what i heard.

My goal?

Im currently trying to get all nations tanks up to tier 5 elite. Every nation is elite up to TIER III exept American M37 and russian SU-26.

Favorite tank?

Ah, World of Tanks, many hours spent playing it.
However i stopped playing it because at high tier (7/8) without premium its really hard to earn enough moneys and experience.
I still have the game on my computer but it is months that i don't play, anyway i have an IS (almost at IS-3) and an ISU-152... also a KV (with the new patch 7.3 i don't remember if mine is KV-1 or KV-2).

After all is a really well-made game, very enjoyable.

I've got up to tier-8's and I'm grinding creds for a T95 right now

PS if you're having trouble after tier 7 getting creds, save up $ for a premium tank. Once you get one you'll never have credit problems ever again and it's still less money in a single purchase than buying some other game. Tier 7-10 is where all the fun is at, so it's a well worth the purchase. I got a Type 59 before they pulled the plug and I'm as happy as could be.

Tiger master race reporting in. Took forever and a day to get off of the awful short 8.8 you carry over from the VK3601. Don't get me wrong, that gun was great on that tank, which usually never got paired off against things Tier 8 or higher. But when it's on a Tiger and you're being paired against Tier 9's and 10's consistently, it's garbage.

Other than the Tiger, I have the Stug III, M4 working towards the T29, and some Russian tank I can't remember the name of.

Initially, i scoffed at this game because i was sure it would be run into the ground by russian haters of nazi reich. Seems like it wasn't that true at all so i'm playing it now, started last week. And already haz a couple of tier 5s.

500+ matches and i have to admit its interesting. And at the haters whining about me haz super pershing. Well, deal with it, my hetzer is already facing tier 8s and below in matchmaking of randoms lol. Barely see any tier4s.

Couple end tiers.. But kinda given up on game since the developers are failing to redo the end tier balance (E-100 and Maus are nigh obsolete due to the large pen guns on every new tier 10 since T110E5)

Well, until that balance is done, it's unlikely that I'll be playing this game in a while though. Might play it a bit when the 0.8 comes out with the physics. Maybe then I can get some enjoyment out of the Maus by pushing IS-7's down mountains or into rivers.

Just started playing it again after a few years. Still a pretty cool game, though with lots of whiners and bad players unless you play in clans.
