Why would a judge not get to vote in the popularity contest? Last time I checked you are still a member of the forums, and therefore entitled to a voice in the polls.

Wow Tsuyoshiro is doing pretty good, I'm yet to read his entries though.

I just didn't want to appear to have undue influence. I'll certainly cast my vote if everyone's ok with it.

It's an anonymous system anyway. Your vote carries no extra weight and no one needs to know who you vote for.

Lol, it's just my pessimistic side. I do think about quality as well (and dammit it was tough to choose between some) but I just can't bring myself to trust that all will do the same... ~_~

An understandable concern. However, were this a popularity contest, I would think that Rbz would be winning. I don't see any unreasonable vote counts, but even if there were, that is why we have judges.

I like walking in the forest so I ended up going with wayne. It was very hard to choose. And hey! I got a few votes! Glad someone liked it enough to vote.

I don't know...190 votes is a decent sample size. You are correct in that there are far more members on the site though. Two deserving entries will move on and many deserving entries will not. What's so great is that I haven't read an entry thus far that I've hated.
