I think it's easy to say the ponytail girl is jealous of her friend or her sex friend for taking the other away from her, but her narration about her friend makes me think the issue is actually a different one. She's not jealous of the relationship, but her mindset. A certain boy makes the friend's heart flutter and that's all she needs to go for it, and she's happy simply making the attempt. That it works for her is just gravy. Meanwhile the ponytail girl is too cynical for things to be so simple for her and that knowledge makes her unhappy.

Glad the playboy seems to have changed a bit, makes me feel a bit better... but where is the love for Tooru-chan?!? I know we always ask for a sequel, but she really needs some sequel love.

Really hoping for a sequel where the ponytail girl finds her own happiness!

This was...definitely quite the read.
I guess I feel a little bad for our main girl here. I mean, she knew the relationship was purely sexual and that it was one that could easily end at anytime...But something tells me she actually enjoyed their relationship a little more than just being friends with benefits.
Her pure love and affection changed him (for the better, I'd say?) and now he's stopped being a playboy and properly became her boyfriend...Which is fine, and in a way I'm happy for them. But our girl here, she acts/sounds disinterested and distant after he (I assume) stops his sexual relationship with her to be with her friend, but it's pretty obvious it affected her quite a bit.
Just, a damn interesting read, this release.
