He is wrong to cheat on his wife. If he wants a divorce he should tell her so, or end his relationship with Akari. There is not a lot of grey area here.

Why not just marry his wife's sister? After all, it happened in the Bible. :D

i get the feeling this the sequel to a previous Napata work. But he has written so many protagonist fucks his wife's sister stories i am not sure which.

Hmm, yes, a NaPaTa release.
He admits to himself that he has no willpower and essentially can't help but just go along with the flow, huh. He even laments not meeting her before he met his wife. I can give him some props for admitting it to himself and knowing what he is doing isn't good, but that's...not worth too much when he's still doing it, and it kind of makes you feel a bit bad for his wife I suppose.
And yet he wants to keep them both so he keeps up this relationship. A rather intriguing release, I must say.
Judging by that ending...Well, I doubt he'll be changing his relationship with her anytime soon, and that's not even mentioning 'breaking things off'.
