Brightest Star

There is no prolapse tag but it is one of the many forms of body mutilation many find very off-putting, in addition to the mountains of text in something that already requires knowledge of genshin impact to understand the whole thing is a slog fest. The art is passable but the story that is there isnt very good and after many pages of set up it just goes into non stop fucking for the remainder with many grotesque sights mixed in with otherwise good art.

I hope we get the sequel because this book is hot, hilarious and more.

Mona and Lumine have very good chemistry. I never played Genshin, but I'm so glad I purchased this. I was a bit confused (currency...other characters are mentioned...the names of their abilities... their titles...) But you can still understand what's going on.

The other reviews are right. Keep an eye out for the hyphens.

The customers are not very nice and I liked how Mona taught one of them a lesson. Lumine's advice to him was wise. I did not see that coming.

It looks like there might be more chapters???? I can't wait!!!!

Pros:
-Nice artwork.
-Interesting story. Might be appreciated more by fans who played the game.
-Nice material. A lot to look at.

Things to look out for:
-Rougher than I expected. Ouch!
-Prolapse.
-Mention of rape.
-Language! Don't talk to the protagonists that! lol
-Some angles... There are a few panels where I cannot tell what I'm looking at.

There is a lot of speech bubbles and a lot of talking

An admirable effort to start off on the Genshin parody on Fakku's store, but unfortunately is marred by erratic story/plot pacing, and inconsistent character writing (even as an attempted depiction of OoC). This ends up having many of its jokes, (whether it harkens to Genshin/anime (Jojo) fandom or swings to body mutilation for shock value), fall flat.

In terms of visuals, the cover art is definitely at its best. In an attempt to carry the same fidelity, many of its panels are inked to match the same rendering quality as its cover art, but this comes at a cost. The lack of (black and white) value contrast or depicted separation of subject matter, back ground and paneling has many of its pages at worst indecipherable to read visually, and at best visually noisy. I'd also recommend not printing physically considering the potentially high cost of ink and no ben-day support.

Hopefully, their next work will fare much better and they'll land on the moon trying to shoot for the "brightest star".

It can be said that this will hopefully bring forth more Genshin Impact doujin to come. The interest is here. Now its just a matter of executing the quality.

Its interesting because I couldn't figure out what it was trying to be. It was overall a dark story that is a bit depressing. I thought it would go into a pleasure fall kind of ending where the girls end up lost in lust, but that isn't the case. They almost did but it kept getting emotional between the two girls which kinda ruined that possibility. There is a nice loving bond between the two girls which I think I would have liked more if they focused on them having sex together more and not lost in a gangbang. Overall its very hit or miss to me.

There's violence which I don't particularly like, but there's enough content to satisfy the readers. And most importantly, there's a story too.

It's time for Genshin to have more content like this. Enough with the mindless self-insert fucking.

The content ended up not really being for me, but if you're familiar with Genshin Impact's characters and setting and you're a fan of violence, prolapse, and sex slavery, then *maybe* this will appeal to you. Unfortunately, I couldn't really get over the consistent lack of care put into the formatting of the text in the bubbles.

For whatever reason, very few sentences in any dialogue bubble end with a period. The rest of them end with ellipses, question marks, multiple exclamation marks, or some combination of the three, and the vast majority of them put the ending punctuation on a new line. The text arbitrarily uses anywhere between 2 and 5 periods for ellipses, and it seriously overuses them. The text also has no regard for standard comic conventions like putting crossbars on I when it's the first person personal pronoun. And on literally the first page with speech bubbles the word "compensation" is split across two lines with no joining hyphen, not to mention the kerning is terrible when the font is italicized (for seemingly no reason, I might add).

I'm sure there's something worth reading for those who like this stuff under there, but the presentation was hard to wade through to get to it.
