We know nothing about what Asuka was like before reuniting with Keisuke. Asuka does mention last chapter after the first time Keisuke left, that she was lonely with no one really caring about her, so sex might of been an outlet for her. (she also never says anything when she's with the other guy)

Knowing hentai, this can end incredibly wholesome or bleak and depressing...
And seeing how thing are looking now, we could get the good or bad ending.
