So the premise of the chapter is perfectly sound.

Page 20, panel 5, is a striking image. Aki resembles a pagan mother goddess,
or a nude Madonna and Child, ready to receive a devotee, which emphasizes

Since women enjoy having their nipples sucked, breastfeeding is often
accompanied by a pleasant erotic feeling (which can be quite strong if
the woman is highly responsive), so I suspect a fair number of women
