This is between swinging, cheating and voyeurism technically.

Nah, this is 100% NTR. his particular version, netorase, is where the protagonist (or one of the protagonist) actively encourages, or is ok, with the cucking. She literally stood there and watched her boyfriend fuck her two friends. That's as NTR as it gets. It's just that this version is more playful and doesn't include the normal mindbreak garbage that you might be associating with NTR.

EDIT: I hate doing these edit wars, but anyone who thinks netorase is about "stealing" a partner has a fundamental misunderstanding about what that version of NTR is. It sometimes happens, it sometimes doesn't. It isn't like netorare where the primary focus IS about a partner getting stolen away. Fakku has some iffy moments when it comes to their tags (or lack of them), but this isn't one of them.
