Then it would still be incest, because he would have to be nearly identical on the genetic level and that's frankly the biggest problem. The reason incest is still considered taboo, leaving aside moral or religious reasons, is because when the parents' DNA is too similar, the offspring is likely to suffer from birth defects or ailments that run in the family.

Aside from that though, I agree that this is a good story.

It seemed at first glance that you actually wanted to post this to Jripfish@@@@16, but you did post that you agree that it was a good story. So...let's try this again just for shits and giggles, and I'm not editing my original post bc it has the same message...As forbidden as the type of their relationship is viewed as in much of the Western world, it was kinda sweet. He should try to fix her up with a guy like him to get out of his new unseemly love for his niece (or more so her kindling unseemly love for him). Who knows for sure bc it's fictional.

[Edit: Maybe I jumped the gun with the negativity. I didn't mean he should dolly-sheep (clone) himself for her, but simply to find a guy with a similar demeanor.]
