The title is technically correct. All four women are older than Haruto, but Sayoko (the landlord) mentions that the other three are still in school (wearing uniforms). I don't know if that matters to anyone else.

Other than that, we still have a young(er) man having sex for the first time with four women at once, multiple times, in multiple rooms.

As a big fan of the milf genre this one I recommend for anyone who’s ready for fun time. It got kogal, milf, and school outfits all at once. This will make a great reread in case you wanted to go back to finish imagining a different person totally recommend!

Tachibana Omina specializes in harems preying upon inexperienced men, and Lovey Dovey Sex Life ups the ante with lots of tender love and care for the hapless protagonist. He's smothered with love and soft boobs as they guide his first steps into the world of carnal pleasures, and it's amazing to see it all unfold with Omina's full-color art. This is a must-have! I cannot wait for the second volume.

Tachibana-sensei demonstrates just why he is truly one of the Gods (if not THE God) of Harem-type H-stories. Setup is almost as expected; young MC moves to enter school and is reunited with older female childhood friend and her dorm neighbors (just use the term "Sexy Onee-san" to describe them all) and the dorm landlady who, quite frankly, "has still got it" (if you know what I mean. Welcome party eventually turns into grand orgy where MC says goodbye to his virginity, and "a good time was had by all". Story ends with MC meeting (albeit briefly) three more female residents of the dorm, so, it's quite possible he'll *koff-koff* "get to know them better", if a second installment is published one day.

No doubt, if you're already a fan of Tachibana's work, you'll be keeping an eye on this one.

Tachibana Omina knows how to draw bombshell THICCC with an extra C bodies and I want to throw more money at sequels. If you haven't already try his other works (Those Persona ones are extra juicy). You will not be disappointed.
