In the wake of MeToo hysteria, I tend to be cautious with the "R-word."
We don't know exactly what happened, but we can speculate, based
on a few clues. Minami probably agreed to have sex with the MC, but
without being physically or emotionally prepared for it.Â After she got
cold feet and ran away, the "event" retroactively became "rape" in her
mind, due to her inner confusion.

However, the "event" also awakened Minami's sexual feelings. So, after
a lot of masturbatory practice (which she was lacking), she decides to
give sex another try.Â Instead of allowing herself to be traumatized by
a sexual experience which may not have been actual rape, she regains
control of her feelings and figures out what she really wants.

All things considered, this is a fairly realistic chapter, in that the course
of sex and love is anything but smooth for Minami and the MC.

...Great ending.
After seeing her interactions with her best friend, made me want to see a yuri scene between them.
If this ever gets a sequel, I think it'd start off as some kind of Yuri deal while she still has sex with the guy on the side...And then eventually it'll probably become a 3P or something? That's the standard way things would flow, I think.
Either way, if there ever is a sequel, I'm sure me and many others would happily welcome it whatever form it takes.
