You can even put it right after this chapter with him snapping after seeing her lewd body after all that sex, with him mad at her for being such a bad mom and helpess slut and her loving the rough sex treatment from her son. Their twisted relationship is perfect for them both since she gets all the sex she wants and he makes sure his mom isnt fucking random guys and in the end she cuts ties with the other guys.
