I think I read too much hentai. A lot of these stories are blending together. Can't stand blackmail. While it paints the picture of a villan really well, its just....I don't know how to explain it. Feels worse than your run of the mill rape stories.

What an asshole douchebag. He essentially blackmailed her by putting her daughter's marriage at risk...And of course, being the caring mother who worked at a soapland just to raise her own daughter and obviously cares very much for her, she pretty much had no choice.
And by the end...Well, mindbroken, in a sense. She's pretty much completely accepted the current situation to the point that she apologised to her daughter.
Hmm, that being said, her daughter is quite cute, too, so it's a bit of a shame she didn't get any action. I think it'd be interesting if she suddenly got involved with, say, his side of relatives too.

Mom really should've just fessed up to Mai about being a soapland girl just to take away any sort of blackmail material Mai's shitbag husband would've had on her. It's not like Mai is some young, impressionable teen that knows nothing about sex, so having a little faith that she could handle that would be infinitely better than getting blackmialed.
