This story is brilliant! The artwork, the characters, the story. ALL OF IT. Truly a masterpiece, and I wish for a sequel.

Great ending though! Well...Honestly, I wouldn't really call that a regret. If anything, it almost sounds like he phrased it that way just as an excuse to not pass on.

IMHO, things went like this at the publishing house:

Tsuruyama-sensei (presenting his work): "Omae Wa Mou Shindeiru."
Publishing Department Head: "Nani?!"

The result is perhaps one of the most WTF debuts on Fakku to date ... inclusive of an instance of "breaking the fourth wall", too.
