Maybe they're the loosest interpretation of "cousin", cousins by marriage with no shared blood. That little note about them being "cousins" seemed like the least important element of the entire story anyway but neither character expressed any kind of conflict over being "related". I've read stories about two friends getting together that had more conflict and second thought than this so yeah, I wasn't getting any "taboo" vibes with this scene. The fetish, dominant-female-getting-tables-turned, and the part time prostitute were the three driving forces of this particular story and while the hair sniffing isn't my thing how the rest of it played out was sexy as hell!
