So let me see if I understood.
Chapter 1 - Girl is having an affair with her stepfather for revenge against her mother for some unknown reason. - so far so good.
Chapter 2 - We learn that the reason the girl wants revenge is cause her mother make her boyfriend break up with her. It's revealed that the boyfriend was having an affair with the mother for around a year. We can also see that her marriage is recent (her partnership with the father we don't know when started) Then we learn that the father knows of the mother and the boyfriend and is also making some sort of plan.
Chapter 3 - Girl is getting/gets addicted to stepfather sex that is way better than the boyfriend and is pregnant? And her mother knows.

So, assumptions: Mother is just playing with boyfriend following father orders? (Cause since girl said sex with the father is better I kinda doubt he would 'allow' his own wife fall for a younger guy, at least sexually)
I think next chapter is the last one? Where everything is revealed?
