Definitely my favorite story in the first book. It brings some creepiness upfront there is something wrong throughout the action and a tragic twist at the end.
Now that I think about it the story might not be paranormal. Maybe Kazuya was conscious for a little while after the crash. He saw her in that state and after he fell into a coma from his injuries he is unable to accept her death.

Wow what a plot twist, but damn this is actually really sad, poor kikoyo unknowing that she is dead and is a ghost left to be without her boyfriend who is still alive in a como so in order to stay with her boyfriend she keeps him in a coma so she can stay with him and have sex with him where he can't control his body or wake up. Truly a devastating story 😔

Nice read. I saw the horror tag and enjoyed reading every bit of it. Although I kinda knew what was going on halfway through.

I don't think the damage to the passenger side of the car explains how the fuck half her head is missing. The cabin is still intact. Not even a lack of seatbelt should cause that kind of injury.

what makes you think she was in the passenger sit at the time? She was most likely giving him a blowjob in the car and thats why her head got crushed. Also would explain why her ghost is so horny.
Also the injury fits. Most Japanese cars are right sided. So if she was giving him a blowjob the moment Truck-kun stroke, then her left side of the head would've gotten crushed.

I'm perfectly aware Japanese cars are right-hand drive, which means the PASSENGER side of the car sustained the most damage, and even so, the cabin appears mostly intact. That telephone pole, or whatever it is, is NOT big enough to cause the same amount of damage to the driver's side. I haven't even got into the whole deal with Japanese cars and their manufacturers' pathological quest for occupant safety. The vast majority of cars on Japanese roads are Japanese, and even the shittiest little box has crumple zones and damage redirection, making sure things like the engine or the steering column aren't forced into the cabin, which again means, considering the amount of damage and the point of impact, neither should've intruded into the cabin much, if at all.
On top of that, unless she suffered from brittle bone disease, even if we presume she was sucking him off, the force of her head hitting the steering wheel, even if we apply the weight of her boyfriend (assuming he wasn't wearing a seatbelt), is not enough to crush half her fucking head. Would it kill her? Probably. Would she accidentally bite his dick off. Almost certainly. But exploding half her skull? Ridiculously improbable. Am I overanalysing this? Fuck yes, I am, because this is sloppy writing and fucking stupid.
